R Studio collects information to provide better services to all Users, from determining basic information such as which country a User is connecting from, to more complex information like how a User navigates the R Studio app.

Users may deliberately provide Information to R Studio. For example, many Services require Users to create a personal account which requires Users to provide a valid email address, Phone number. Users may also add Information to their member profile, including where they live country name.

R Studio restricts access to Information to R Studio employees and contractors who need to know the information in order to process it for R Studio, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and will be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
